BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER
Saturday, March 19, 2016Hello everyone I hope you are all doing good. This is a new segment on my blog called HEALTH TIPS. I will be sharing some health tips with y'all once in a while. It's important to stay healthy because if you are healthy, you look good, can dress good and lots more... I hope you like this segment and let me know what you think about it.
So, to start off with , I want to share with you guys the benefits of drinking water. We are also expected to take 8-ounce glasses of water which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon daily.

- Balances your lymph system, which helps to perform daily functions, balances body fluids and fights infection.
- Promotes healthy skin
- Generates energy for the body
- Regulates body temperature
- Protects your heart
- Drinking water on an empty stomach purifies the colon, making it easier to absorb nutrients
- Increases the production of new blood and muscle cells
- Relieves headaches and back pain
- Promotes weight loss by boosting your metabolism
- Reduces the risk of cancer
- Drinking more water improves the elasticity of the skin, preventing wrinkles
- Beauty benefits of drinking water includes: healthy scalp, strong hair and nails, clear bright eyes, smoother skin, etc...
- Helps to carry nutrients and oxygen to your cells
- Makes you look younger and healthier.
- 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs
- 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion
- 1 glass of water before taking a bath/shower helps lower blood pressure
- 1 glass of water before going to bed avoids stroke or heart attack.
