Hello darlings, Welcome back to my blog and I trust y'all are doing fine.
Today's blog post is for my working class ladies. There's a series on my blog called #Workstyle where I share different looks appropriate for work and also give some tips to styling outfits for work.

How to wear a blazer
My last work style post was about how to "style the classic white shirt" and the one before that was "color blocking pink and red for work". Please check them out.

For this look, I paired a white blazer with a black t-shirt which I initially got for the gym, plaid high waist formal pants, brown suede pumps and statement earrings. The most interesting thing about this look for me is the way I plaited my weave into two just so it looks appropriate for work.
Styling a blazer for work
One thing about blazers has to be their versatility, how you can style them for work, casually, with jeans, skirts, dresses and lots more. They are a wardrobe staple for every woman and it's important to get a black one first before adding other colors. I've also styled "an orange blazer for work" please check it out.

For makeup, I decided to use red lipstick for that pop of color. This was a really fun shoot and I'm glad how my pictures turned out.

I'd love to know what you think about this look and please drop links to your blog posts if you have any work style looks. I'll love to check it out. Thanks for visiting and wishing y'all a beautiful week.
